The short version

ArtiCard is an app operated by Vanny Design LLC. Your photos are used only to create your card. ArtiCard does not store uploaded photos or generated card image files. We keep only the account, credit, payment, and lightweight generation metadata needed to run the service, prevent abuse, and support purchases.

What we do not store

• Photos you upload
• AI-generated card images
• Final downloaded card files

How image generation works

When you create a card, your uploaded photo, selected style, occasion, title, and message are sent to our AI image provider so the card can be generated. The generated image is returned to your browser for preview, download, and sharing. We do not save the uploaded photo or final image in our database or file storage.

What we store

• Your account (email, sign-in method)
• Whether your free preview has been used
• Your credit balance and a ledger of credit transactions
• Stripe payment records (id, amount, status)
• Lightweight per-generation metadata (style, occasion, status, model used, watermark choice) — no images

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. ArtiCard does not receive or store your full card number. We store Stripe payment identifiers, payment status, amount, and credit-pack details so your credits can be granted and support requests can be handled.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for sign-in, security, payments, product analytics, and basic site performance. Analytics help us understand whether the product is working and where users run into problems.

Subprocessors

We use Clerk for authentication, Supabase for database, Stripe for payments, OpenAI for AI image generation, Vercel for hosting, and analytics tools such as Vercel Analytics and PostHog. Each service operates under its own privacy and security commitments.

Deleting your account data

You can ask us to delete your account data by emailing hello@vannydesign.com. Some payment records may need to be retained where required for accounting, fraud prevention, chargeback handling, or legal compliance.
