ArtiCard is an app operated by Vanny Design LLC. These terms apply to your use of ArtiCard.

Use of ArtiCard

Upload only photos you have the right to use. Do not upload images of identifiable people without their consent. Do not attempt to generate content that is unlawful, sexually explicit, hateful, harassing, deceptive, or that infringes a third party's rights.

Your photos and card outputs

You keep your rights in the photos you upload. You give ArtiCard permission to process your uploaded photo, selected style, occasion, title, and message only as needed to generate, preview, download, and share your card. AI-generated outputs can be imperfect, unexpected, or similar to outputs created for other users.

Free preview and credits

Each account is granted one free watermarked preview generation. Additional cards are produced from credit packs. A credit is consumed only after a card is generated successfully. Credit packs are non-refundable except where required by law, and credits do not expire.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe Checkout. Prices are shown before purchase and may change for future purchases. Your credits are granted after Stripe confirms a successful payment through our server-side webhook.

Service availability

We rely on third-party services for authentication, payments, hosting, databases, and AI image generation. If generation fails, we will not consume your free preview or credit. We do not guarantee a specific output quality, style, delivery time, or uninterrupted availability.

Beta service

ArtiCard is in an early paid beta. Features, prices, and credit-pack options may change as we improve the product. We will not remove credits you have already purchased unless required for fraud, abuse, chargebacks, or legal compliance.
